To feel completely at ease when moving home its important to know your items are covered in the event of accident, although there is very rarely any damage during our moves its best to have that security.

We provide insurance protection during the entire process of your move. Your goods are covered during transit to your new home. We also offer public liability insurance which protects your property. We cover damage to any item of furniture up to the value of $200 per item. We only insure the contents of boxes if we’ve packed them for you. Any damage must be reported to the Removalist or our office within 24 hours of starting the move. Excess may apply for transit and public liability insurance unless stated otherwise. Enquire for details.Disclaimer - We reserve the right not to insure an item or property during part of a move if the risk of damage due to  exceptional circumstances, such as extreme weight, unreasonably tight or difficult access or fragile items that have not been provided with adequate protection buy the customer, therefore can severely increase the chance of damage. In this situation the customer will always be informed before uplift.
