  1. Will my furniture be safe and undamaged during transportation?
    Definitely! Our removal technicians are expert in removals, plus every one of our removal staff are fully trained. All boxed or separate furniture items are blanketed, then covered in padding and securely tied inside our removal trucks.
  2. What about insurance?
    You don’t have to worry about insurance cover as with Ezi Removals we give you FREE insurance, unlike many removal firms who charge this as an extra cost to you.
  3. How large is your fleet of trucks?
    At Ezi Removals our fleet of removal trucks includes every size between 3 tonnes and 12 tonnes so we are able to manage any size of move.
  4. How can I pay you?
    Ezi Removals accepts, cash, bank transfer or credit card payments.
  5. How soon should I book you for my move?
    As with everything the sooner the better, but if you need to move quickly we are able to cope with short notice bookings most of the time.
  6. What happens if I need to alter my removal day or time?
    At Ezi Removals, we appreciate there can be last minute problems and we are here to make your move as easy as we can, so just keep us informed of any changes.
  7. Can you move heavy objects like my piano?
    At Ezi Removals we are used to moving all sorts of large furniture items. Including pianos, fish tanks, pool tables, spas etc. we have specialist lifting and moving equipment to allow us to do this easily for you.
  8. I only have a small move, do you have a minimum charge?
    With Ezi Removals we can help you with large moves, small moves, single item moves, we are here to help. Our minimum charge is 2.5 hours work.
  9. Can you store our furniture?
    Yes, we have special arrangements with a number of secure and safe storage facilities.
